Ms. Rosemary RETIRED on March 30, 2018!

Rosemary Higginbotham has served MOSD for over 22 years as our Director of Business Operations, but she has done so much more than work to keep MOSD on sound financial footing!  She has done so much for our children, families, and staff. 

Ms. Rosemary has been one of the best friends our children at MOSD has ever had. 

Through the years, she has been a cheerleader and supporter for our children.  She has celebrated every milestone in each child’s progress, right along with their families, teachers, and therapists. She has donated tens of thousands of dollars to support our programs and has brought many other friends and supporters to do the same. Without Ms. Rosemary, MOSD would not be where it is right now!

Because you are part of our MOSD family, we would like to invite you to send a note or a card of congratulations and appreciation to Ms. Rosemary!
