Staff In-Service Training News

The State of TN requires local schools to have minimum of (5) days of planned in-service education every year. During these training sessions, MOSD staff participate in seminars and activities designed to increase the competencies needed by all licensed personnel in the performance of their professional responsibilities.

Yesterday was our first in-service day for the year and it was all focused on team-building! The local consulting firm, Transform, provided MOSD Staff with leadership training, team building challenges, and individual goals to grow our skill sets as leaders within the organization.

A big THANK YOU  to Jon and Crystal Thompson, owners of Transform, who graciously provided us with great tools to be successful teachers and staff for MOSD! We are excited about the year ahead!
