We are thrilled to announce that Memphis Oral School for the Deaf has been awarded $11,000 from the Shelby County Commissioner's Community Enhancement Program. This program provides grants to local non-profits doing the greatest good for the community. This grant was awarded to MOSD to further our mission of teaching children with hearing loss to learn to listen and talk. MOSD will use these funds to continue providing high quality early intervention services and preschool programming to our students. We would like to give a special thank you to Commissioner Mark Billingsley for championing our cause and to the entire Shelby County Commission for the opportunity to receive this generous grant.
