For more than 65 years, Memphis Oral School for the Deaf (MOSD) has partnered with families across the Mid-South, providing specialized early intervention, Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) education, audiology, speech-language services, and family support for children who are deaf or hard of hearing, and children with speech and language delays.
Your generosity makes this life-changing work possible.
It costs approximately $50,000 each year to provide the specialized education and clinical services each child receives. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, no child has ever been turned away because of a family's inability to pay.
Every gift helps provide:
- Early intervention services during the most critical years of development
- Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) education
- Speech-language therapy
- Pediatric audiology services
- Family coaching and parent education
- Classroom instruction and individualized learning
